Snyder Appoints Deputy Deans for Full- and Part-Time Programs
In July, Dean Edward A. Snyder appointed Ann McGill, M.B.A. '85, Ph.D. '86, deputy dean for full-time M.B.A. programs and Mark Zmijewski deputy dean for part-time M.B.A. programs. John Huizinga, Walter David "Bud" Fackler Professor of Economics, will retain his post as deputy dean for faculty.
Deputy Dean Eppen Retires from Chicago GSB
After 37 years of service to Chicago GSB, Gary D. Eppen, deputy dean of part-time M.B.A. programs, retired at the end of June.

Students Honor Davis with Phoenix Award
In recognition of outstanding contributions to student life at Chicago GSB, the class of 2001 has presented the annual Phoenix Award to Harry L. Davis, Roger L. and Rachel M. Goetz Distinguished Service Professor of Creative Management.

Schrager Presented with Teaching Award
Chicago GSB students again have honored James E. Schrager, Ph.D. '93, for excellence in the classroom, presenting him with the 2001 Emory Williams Teaching Award.
