New Director for Chicago GSB Fund
Damon Cates joined Chicago GSB as director of the Chicago GSB Fund last August. He will oversee annual giving efforts, including reunion, telefund, volunteer, and student fundraising.
“This is an exciting time to lead the Chicago GSB Fund because it is an integral component of the capital campaign,” said Cates. “I’m thrilled to guide our efforts to raise essential unrestricted support for the school. ”
Cates, who previously served as director of development at the University of Chicago Law School, also has worked at Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago and Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington. He is a graduate of Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois.– –M.M.B.
