About The Forum
The Midwest Alternative Energy Venture Forum is the premier conference for researchers, entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and others interested in innovation and growth within the green technology sector in the Midwest. Started in 2007, the forum allows these researchers and entrepreneurs to share what is new and exciting in this rapidly growing field while connecting them with the venture capitalists that will take these ideas and companies to the next level.
This conference shines the spotlight on carefully selected Midwest-based companies to highlight the innovative technologies being developed between the two coasts. The MAEVF hosts many prestigious speakers and panelists, including scientific experts from the University of Chicago and Argonne National Laboratory, industry leaders in alternative energy, and highly-successful venture capitalists interested in alternative energy from across the United States.
