Leaders are cast into many roles in many "plays" throughout their careers as they assume different responsibilities within the same organization or move from one company to another. Many suggest that greater versatility in assuming new roles is an increasingly important core competence. This interactive session identifies aspects of a leader's prior experience that generalize to future job contexts as well as other aspects that do not.
