Undergraduate School/Major: I attended Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICADE and completed a dual degree in law and business administration.
Prior to Booth: After earning my dual degree I joined the investment banking division of Merrill Lynch in Madrid (Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions advisory team). Four years later I decided to focus on my entrepreneurial interests, a Spanish family-owned pharmaceutical company in Madrid, and a Spanish online supermarket, where I worked until I came to Chicago Booth.
Activities: Member of the Emerging Markets Group, Entrepreneurship & Venture Capital Group and Travel, Transportation & Hospitality Group.
Summer internship plans: I plan to do my internship at a venture capital firm in the US.
Why did you choose to attend Chicago Booth? For many reasons: the people, the faculty, the culture of rigorous analysis, the flexibility of the curriculum, the city of Chicago.
What do you consider a "must visit" place in Chicago? The river architecture cruise.

Undergraduate School/Major: I attended Universidad Politecnica de Madrid in Spain and Ecole Nationale Superieure Informatique et Matematiques Apliquees in France, and majored in computer science and telecommunications engineering.
Prior to Booth: Prior to Booth I founded the website www.club-mba.com. I also worked at Amadeus in France and at Societe Generale in both New York and Hong Kong.
Activities: Member of the Management Consulting Group, Entrepreneurship & Venture Group, Chicago Global Citizens, Dean's Student Admissions Committee (DSAC), and European Business Group.
Summer internship plans: I plan to do my internship at a management consulting firm in Spain or to launch my own company.
Why did you choose to attend Chicago Booth? I chose to attend Booth for many reasons: the flexible curriculum, the strength in entrepreneurship, the momentum, the location in Chicago, and most importantly, because of the people from the school I met during the admission process.
What do you consider a "must visit" place in Chicago? Millennium Park, the lakeshore, the skyline of the city from the Shedd Aquarium, Chicago museums, Willis (Sears) Tower Skydeck.

What do you consider a "must visit" place in Chicago? The architectural walking tour, Michigan Avenue Bridge, and Lincoln Park.

What do you consider a "must visit" place in Chicago? Soldier Field to see "Da Bears," the architectural boat tour on the Chicago River, and Second City improv theater!
