Undergraduate School/Major: BS from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH).
Prior to Booth: Prior to Booth, I worked for two years as an analyst at Arkwright, a management consulting firm with expertise in strategy and corporate finance. I focused primarily on projects related to renewable energy, oil & gas and private equity.
Activities: I'm a co-chair of the Energy Group and a member of the Jewish Business Student Association Chicago Women in Business, and the European Business Group.
Career plans: I will be returning to my former employer, Arkwright, post graduation.
Why did you choose to attend Chicago Booth? I was looking for an MBA that would allow me to combine a quantitative courseload with my interest in both traditional and renewable energy. I met with Energy Group members at Admit Weekend and realized that several of my peers at Booth have similar interests. Booth is a melting pot of different cultures, backgrounds, and personalities. I learn so much from my peers and I enjoy every minute of it!
What do you consider a "must visit" place in Chicago? The architectural boat tour is wonderful. I'm also a big fan of wining and dining, and I would recommend exploring the wide selection of excellent Chicago restaurants!
