Hyunsoo is a member of the class of 2010 at Chicago Booth and is pursuing concentrations in finance, accounting and strategic management. She has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Northwestern University. Prior to Booth, Soo worked as a strategy consultant for healthcare in Chicago. At Booth she is a co-chair for the Risk Management Group and is also involved with the Korean Club, Chicago Asia Pacific Group, Entrepreneurship & Venture Capital Group, Corporate Management & Strategy Group, Corporate Finance Group, Retail, Apparel and Luxury Group and Chicago Women in Business. After graduation she hopes to enter a corporate leadership rotational program in Seoul, Korea. An interesting fact about Soo is that she competed in 1996 Summer Olympic Games in the 800m freestyle representing the Korea National Swimming Team.
