Nelly Sai-Palmnsaipalm@ChicagoBooth.edu

Undergraduate School/Major: I graduated from Howard University in 2000 with a BA in international management.

Prior to Booth: I worked as a client representative with Marsh, USA, Inc., an insurance brokerage firm based in New York. Until I resigned this past summer to attend business school, I was a vice president in the global risk management department, responsible for marketing, placing, and servicing several risk management accounts.

Activities: I'm a member of Chicago Women in Business, Chicago African Business Group, African American MBA Association, the Investment Banking Group and the Wine Club.

Plans after graduation: My post-MBA plan is to pursue a career in investment banking.

What has been your favorite part of Chicago Booth so far? My classmates - they are an amazing group of people and I truly believe I would have missed out if I hadn't come to Booth.

What do you consider a "must visit" place in Chicago? Too many to name!

What do you miss most about your home town/country? I miss my friends and family the most.
