Ahmed Saleh, Class of 2013

asaleh@ChicagoBooth.edu

Undergraduate School/Major: I graduated from The American University in Cairo and majored in computer science.

Prior to Booth: I worked for short periods in IBM and ESRi as a Software Engineer and Business Analyst. I then worked in Schlumberger based in Cairo for five years doing Information Management Engineering.

Activities: Member of the Entrepreneurship & Venture Capital Group, Management Consulting Group, Business Solutions Group, Middle East and North Africa Group, and the Public Speaking Group.

Why did you choose Chicago Booth? I chose Booth because of the flexibility of the curriculum and the strength of the entrepreneurship program.

What do you consider a "must visit" place or "must-do" activity in Chicago? Go to a Cubs game (even though I don't like baseball) and eat a Chicago hot dog!

Ask me about...: The entrepreneurship program at Booth.
