Undergraduate School/Major: I attended Queens College of the City University of New York, majoring in economics and anthropology.
Prior to Booth: After graduating in 2006, I worked as a Project Manager for a residential real estate operator in Miami, Florida. I returned to New York City in 2007 and joined Macy's Corporate Finance team until 2010, when I joined a retail REIT that was eventually acquired by a private equity firm.
Concentrations: Accounting, Finance, and International Business.
Activities: Member of the Hispanic American Business Student Association, Latin American Business Group, Investment Banking Group, Real Estate Group, Private Equity Group, and the Public Speaking Group.
Career plans: I'm recruiting for investment banking with a focus in real estate.
Why did you choose Chicago Booth? Since I am interested in finance and real estate, I wanted to attend the best finance program available. I felt at home after visiting Booth. I also feel that the administration has made a tremendous effort over the last several years to grow the real estate initiative and I wanted to be part of that transformation.
