Prior to joining Booth, Kedran was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan, where she worked in the fixed income research department from 2005-2014. This role involved frequent publication of research notes on financial market developments, extensive interaction with internal and external clients, and product training for clients, regulators and J.P. Morgan staff.
Kedran has deep experience across fixed income markets and has been on the frontlines of several global financial crises. From 2005-2008 Kedran was J.P.Morgan’s head US CDO analyst, earning the #1 Institutional Investor ranking. From 2008-2010 she focused on interest rate derivatives, specifically global volatility markets, where she again was part of the #1-ranked team. From 2011-2013 she was stationed in London and focused on all issues related to the EMU sovereign debt crisis. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Kedran worked at State Street Research & Management in Boston from 2001-2004, in their CDO investments and issuance group.
Kedran Panageas holds a BS in mathematical economics from Wake Forest and a PhD in economics from MIT.
