Bruce Rigal is a London-based managing director and chief operating officer of Deutsche Bank's Human Resources Division, where he is responsible for a wide range of operations in the field of people management. DB has approximately 100,000 employees around the world.
Rigal joined Deutsche Bank in 1995 as managing director in equity capital markets focusing on Central and Eastern Europe. He advised on many notable deals including the IPOs of Infonet in 1999 and Mobile Telesystems (Russia's leading mobile company) in 2000. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, he worked in equity capital markets at S.G. Warburg and was a management consultant with Oliver, Wyman, and Company in New York.
He has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alberta. Rigal is the outgoing co-chair of Booth’s EMEA Advisory Board and is a member of the advisory boards of Facing History and Ourselves in the UK, Ruppin Center Business School in Israel, and Sapphire Partners recruitment consultants in the UK.
