In 2004, the Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation and ARCH Venture Partners established the ARCH New Business Incubator to provide facilities and support for winners and finalists of the Edward L. Kaplan, ’71, New Venture Challenge (NVC) business plan competition. Housed within the Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, NVC companies have access to phones, computers, office supplies, a conference room, and Polsky Center team support to develop their fledgling businesses.
ARCH Venture Partners was founded by Clinton Bybee, '90, Polsky Center advisory board member Keith Crandell, '88, Steven Lazarus, and Robert Nelsen, '87.
