Students interested in participating in the Entrepreneurial Internship Program (EIP) must apply for internships at start-up companies or small businesses with less than 150 employees and under $50 million in revenues. However, exceptions can be made based on a company's growth and what the internship role is. Venture capital (VC) firms may be considered when either the VC firm itself is a start-up and intern is working on start-up issues, the internship is with a portfolio company, or the firm is more of a microfinance economic development firm.
The Polsky Center can provide assistance in locating companies that qualify to host an intern. The Polsky Center keeps a database of all companies that have applied to or participated in the Entrepreneurial Internship Program. Please email Tom Ancona for more information about this list.
