As part of our mission to assist alumni in their ongoing entrepreneurial efforts, the Polsky Center sponsors events geared toward alumni needs.
In recent years, the Polsky Center has hosted several Hapak Alumni Entrepreneurship Seminars in order to give alumni pursuing entrepreneurial careers the opportunity to continue learning from Chicago Booth faculty. Made possible through the generosity of Susan Hapak, '89, an entrepreneur and member of the Chicago Booth faculty, the seminars offer alumni tools to learn or brush up on core material and key practical topics taught by top Chicago Booth entrepreneurship faculty.
The Polsky Center has organized various half-day conferences targeted to alumni entrepreneurs and small business owners looking to grow their businesses. Sponsored by the Donald W. Hamer, '58, Small Business Initiative and other valued partners, these events focus on various aspects of growing small enterprises.
