Summer Recruiting

Are you hosting a reception for MBA interns in your area? These resources will help you stay in touch with rising second-year Chicago Booth students during the summer (June 15 - September 21, 2009). Using the links below, you may post events for all students, view events already scheduled in your area, and communicate directly with students using their summer contact information.

2009 Corporate Summer Events Calendar

Please let us know about your summer events (between June 15, 2009 and September 21, 2009) by completing and submitting the Summer Events Calendar Information Form. This information will be viewable by all rising second-year Chicago Booth students.

Want to know what events have already been scheduled? The Summer Events Calendar will be updated throughout the summer. If you do not have a username and password for the calendar, please contact one of the Relationship Managers listed below.

2009 Summer Address List

The Summer Address List (XLS) is used to invite rising second-year Chicago Booth students to summer events. This spreadsheet contains summer contact information and geography and will be available starting the week of June 15, 2009 and will be updated periodically throughout the summer.

To access this information, you will need a username and password. If you do not have a username and password, please contact one of the Relationship Managers listed below.

To construct the most complete mailing list for your location, sort the spreadsheet by the fields: City, State, and Country.
