About Recruiting at Booth
No two recruiting initiatives are the same. At Chicago Booth, you can rely on our Relationship Management and Employer Development experts in Career Services to develop a plan with you and your organization - including both on- and off-campus strategies - that directly correlates to your recruiting goals.
- On-Campus Recruiting - An efficient and effective way to hire for both full-time positions and summer internships, on-campus recruiting, which starts in the fall, gives you access to our over 1,100 first- and second-year Full-Time MBA students. Eligible students in our Evening MBA and Weekend MBA Programs are also able to participate in full-time recruiting. Firms who have an on-campus recruiting relationship will work with a Career Services Relationship Manager based on industry.
-
Off-Campus Recruiting - For many firms, recruiting timelines, budgets, and candidate profiles make off-campus recruiting a better recruiting strategy. Firms who have an off-campus recruiting relationship will typically work with an Employer Development team member based on geographic region.
