Recruiting Policies

Chicago Booth has developed recruiting policies designed to create a fair and nondiscriminatory recruiting environment for students, alumni, and companies. Please refer to the polices below for additional information and contact your Relationship Manager if you have any questions.

  • Nondiscrimination - The Nondiscrimination policy indicates that recruiting companies must evaluate candidates without consideration for any special factors.
  • First-Year Recruiting Period - The First-Year Recruiting Period policy indicates when prospective employers can start the recruiting process for summer internships.
  • Offer - To balance the needs of both students and employers, Chicago Booth has established an Offer policy.
  • Adverse Actions to Offers - Chicago Booth has a full disclosure policy with respect to Adverse Actions to Offers of employment and to the recruiting process.
  • Grade Nondisclosure - The Grade Nondisclosure policy discusses the student policy concerning what GPA and/or honors information can be divulged by students.
