Interview on Campus

Recruiting on campus is an efficient and effective way to hire for both full-time positions and internships.

In one convenient location, you'll talk with highly-qualified candidates eager to interview with your company. For full-time positions, you'll choose from more than 500 students in our Full-Time MBA Program, plus eligible students in our Evening and Weekend Programs. Our first-year, full-time MBA students recruit for summer internships.

Career Services' expert Relationship Managers will guide you through the on-campus interviewing process, helping you to post your job descriptions, suggesting ways to advertise your visit to campus, notifying the students you select for interviews, and scheduling student interview times.

Here's how it works:

On-Campus Interviews: Booking requests may be submitted through Global Talent Solutions (GTS).  If you are unable to book online or have questions, please contact your Relationship Manager or call 773.702.7405 to reserve a date for your corporate networking event and interview schedules.

If you are a Chicago Booth alumni and you are using your Chicago Booth email address for recruiting purposes, you can log into Global Talent Solutions using your Chicago Booth username and password.

Non-alumni and Chicago Booth alumni using their employer email address for recruiting purposes can log into Global Talent Solutions and create an account. Click on the "Create a New Account" link next to "1st time users."

For step-by-step instructions on how to complete a variety of tasks in GTS, including updating your contact information and requesting interviews or recruiting events, refer to the GTS Quick Reference Guide.

For the 2009-2010 season, second-year interviews will begin on October 19, 2009, and first-year interviews will start on January 19, 2010.

On-campus interview schedules must have both bid and invite components.  The invitational portion of your interview slate includes students you preselect, while the bid portion will be filled via our student bidding process.  Refer to the Invite and Bid-Slot Allocation table for the number of invite and bid students you will see per schedule.

Hold on-campus corporate networking events: Educate students about your organization and career opportunities with a networking event such as a Single Firm Corporate Conversation, Multi-Firm Corporate Conversation or a Corporate Networking Night. We will schedule your visit, promote your event, assign a student ambassador, and provide a list of approved caterers. Events should be held at least four weeks before your interview dates.

Ad Hoc Interviews: If you would like to hold interviews on-campus outside of our on-campus interview period, please contact your Relationship Manager or call 773.702.7405 to reserve a date and interview rooms. Your Relationship Manager will also help you post your job description, advertise it to students, notify the students you select for interviews, and schedule the interviews.
