Booking InformationBooking RequestsBooking requests for the 2009-2010 season can be submitted through Global Talent Solutions (GTS). If you are unable to book online or have questions, please contact your Relationship Manager or call 773.702.7405 to reserve a date for your corporate networking event and interview schedules. If you are a Chicago Booth alumni and you are using your Chicago Booth email address for recruiting purposes, you can log into Global Talent Solutions using your Chicago Booth username and password. Non-alumni and Chicago Booth alumni using their employer email address for recruiting purposes can log into Global Talent Solutions and create an account. Click on the "Create a New Account" link next to "1st time users." For step-by-step instructions on how to complete a variety of tasks in GTS, including updating your contact information and requesting interviews or recruiting events, refer to the GTS Quick Reference Guide. On-Campus InterviewsFor the 2009-2010 season, second-year interviews will begin on October 19, 2009, and first-year interviews will start on January 19, 2010. On-campus interview schedules must have both bid and invite components. The invitational portion of your interview slate includes students you preselect, while the bid portion will be filled via our student bidding process. Refer to the Invite and Bid-Slot Allocation table for the number of invite and bid students you will see per schedule. First-Year Corporate ConversationsFirst-year Corporate Conversations will begin on October 19, 2009. Single Firm Corporate Conversations are ideal for companies that are well-known on campus and draw more than 100 students. For companies that attract fewer students, we recommend Multi-Firm Corporate Conversations, function-focused events allowing time for both brief corporate overviews and networking. Single Firm Corporate Conversations will be held Monday through Thursday in 90-minute time slots at:
Multi-Firm Corporate Conversations (MFCCs) will be held Monday through Thursday in 3.25 hour time slots from 4:45 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Each participating company will have 30 minutes for a corporate overview in an assigned classroom. Either three or four companies will participate in each MFCC, with a joint one hour networking session between the second and third corporate overviews. |
