- Attend a multi-firm Corporate Networking Night
- Conduct Meet-n-Greet sessions with small groups of students

- Interview students at Harper Center
For full-time positions, most recruiting events are held in the fall, in September and October, with interviews in October and November. Internship recruiting events begin in mid-October, with interviews taking place in late-January through February. We’re also happy to facilitate just-in-time interviews and events outside our peak recruiting periods.
Our expert relationship managers are knowledgeable about your industry and the current recruiting landscape. They can help you create a recruiting strategy tailored to your specific needs, guiding you through each step of the recruiting process.
Chicago Booth has several online, easy to search resume databases. You can search the resume databases for a variety of criteria that allow you to find candidates who fit your needs, including:

- Languages spoken
- Location preference
Resume databases include talent from our Full-Time MBA Program, as well as diverse and experienced talent from our Evening and Weekend MBA and Alumni.
Partner with Student Groups
Chicago Booth student groups host conferences, speaker series, mock interviews, lectures, panel discussions, and many other activities that focus on career interests and professional development. Working with these student groups can be a valuable resource to enhance your campus visibility and recruiting efforts. Among the ways your company can get involved is to provide speakers, education lunch and learn events, or sponsorship. We encourage you to contact the relevant student group co-chairs to learn more about building relationships through involvement in student group events.

Student Group Conferences
Private Equity Conference - February 19, 2016 Private Equity firms from all over the country attend this event, which includes panel discussions and a keynote address from experts in the industry followed by a cocktail hour. The conference exposes attendees to current issues in private equity and provides an excellent forum for networking. Contact the Private Equity co-chairs for more information.
Private Equity Treks - Each year our students organize visits to private equity firms for information sessions. This is a great opportunity to network with talented students and share more about your company. Recently, students have trekked to New York, San Francisco, Sao Paulo, Brazil, and other locations.
Private Equity Lab - Each year selected students participate with Chicago private equity firms in an internship program and an accompanying academic course. This allows students to get on the spot, real-world experience and apply it to skills they are learning in the classroom. To find out if your firm is right for the PE Lab, please contact the Polsky Center PE Lab.
