Industry Statement
Consumer Packaged Goods companies seek out Chicago Booth talent at all levels and across all functions.
Last year alone, these firms turned to Booth for more than 400 positions. We sent over 60 students into the sector for both full-time and internship roles at companies such as Procter & Gamble and PepsiCo in the US, and Natura Cosmeticos and L’Oreal in Latin America. In addition, the number of Booth students and alumni pursuing careers in CPG continues to climb.
You can find more detailed information in our employment report. We are happy to support your unique needs and to partner with you to develop an effective recruitment strategy.
Recruit at Booth
Post a Job
Career Services provides a year-round, free-of-charge job posting service through Global Talent Solutions (GTS), our online recruiting portal. Through GTS, recruiters can view and edit job postings for all Booth candidates, including current students seeking entry-level MBA opportunities, as well as alumni and students in executive MBA programs who are seeking more senior-level opportunities.
On-Campus Recruiting
Recruiting on campus is an efficient and effective way to source candidates for full-time and internship positions.
There are many ways to recruit on campus:
- Attend a multi-firm Corporate Networking Night
- Present to and network with students at a Corporate Conversation
- Interview students at Harper Center
For full-time positions, most recruiting events are held in the fall, in September and October, with interviews in October and November. Internship recruiting events begin in mid-October, with interviews taking place in late-January through February. We’re also happy to facilitate just-in-time interviews and events outside our peak recruiting periods.
Our expert relationship managers are knowledgeable about your industry and the current recruiting landscape. They can help you create a recruiting strategy tailored to your specific needs, and guide you through each step of the recruiting process.
