Vice President of Marketing, Mashery, an Intel Company
Julie Gibbs leads marketing for the Intel Services Division, part of Intel's Software and Services Group. Intel acquired Mashery in May 2013, where Gibbs was vice president of marketing. Gibbs joined Mashery in November 2012, bringing extensive experience across all marketing channels, with strong focus on public and analyst relations, content marketing, online communications, SaaS, and social media. For more than 20 years, Gibbs has grown brand and demand at leading software companies during high-growth periods. Prior to Mashery, Gibbs was with Good Technology, where she served as VP of marketing and communications. She has also served in executive roles at Oracle, McCann Worldgroup, salesforce.com, and Adobe.
Gibbs focuses on aligning companies’ strategy, communications, and business objectives with customer needs to increase customer and prospect engagement and drive business value. Over 16+ years at Oracle, Gibbs was responsible for customer-facing programs including advertising, customer references, Oracle.com, Oracle Technology Network, Oracle and Profit Magazines. At Salesforce.com, Gibbs oversaw the company’s website and all online marketing and branding.
Gibbs has worked with the Association of National Advertisers and the International Advertising Association and has been a member of the American Marketing Association. She has a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University.
