Jill Wyant

Senior Vice President & General Manager, Ecolab

Wyant is senior vice president/general manager, food and beverage (F&B) Asia Pacific/Latin America for Ecolab Inc., the world's leading provider of cleaning, food safety, and health protection product and services for businesses. As leader of this $450 Million+ business, Wyant is responsible for serving the dairy, brewing, beverage, and food processing industries in these growth markets. She joined Ecolab in 2009 as vice president, global strategic planning, where she was instrumental in leading development of the global water, energy, and waste growth strategy for Ecolab's F&B business.

Prior to joining Ecolab, Wyant worked for General Electric where she gained broad senior management experience, including sales, marketing, Lean Six Sigma quality, product development, and customer service. In her last GE role, she was chief customer officer and general manager of quality, GE Healthcare. In this position she had leadership responsibility for the $8 Billion Diagnostic Imaging Business incorporating strategy, global product quality, enterprise lean activities, and customer loyalty/growth efforts.

Wyant is a member of the board of directors of the Children's Theatre Company and sits on the Leadership Giving Cabinet of the Greater Twin Cities United Way. She and her family also volunteer as a "Big Family" in the Big Brothers, Big Sisters program of Minneapolis/St. Paul.

Wyant received an MBA with highest honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and graduated summa cum laude from the University of St. Thomas with degrees in international marketing and Japanese studies.

Wyant is married to Pat, and together they have one son. Wyant enjoys running, cross-country skiing, wine tasting, and spending time with her family.
