Venture Capital

Chicago - May 08, 2014

Chicago 05082014.jpg

Summary

It has been a tough couple of years for global venture capital as the market continues to consolidate and the number of active investors declines. In addition to market consolidation, the venture capital model itself is realigning to invest less, later, and on tougher terms. These disruptions in the market and investing model have created opportunities for the emergence of full-service venture capital firms, micro venture fund managers, incubators, and first-time funds that have transformed the venture capital industry into a powerhouse ecosystem.

Chicago Booth invites you to join us in Chicago for a discussion with Booth alumni and venture capital investors who will share their expertise and perspective on the current environment. Hear their take on the future and changing landscape of the venture capital industry.
