President of Walsh Financial Services

Cyndi Walsh is an investment and financial management professional with more than 25 years of both public and private sector experience. She runs her own investment advisory firm, Walsh Financial Services, that provides wealth management services for individuals, private trusts, and corporate clients.

Walsh has a diverse background in capital markets and portfolio management. She spent considerable time at Bank of America in the area of capital markets trading and risk management. More recently, Walsh served as managing partner of National Bond and Trust, a national financial benefits provider, where she developed and implemented a national investment education program for individual investors.

She gained extensive experience in portfolio management while serving as a trustee of both the $16 billion Indiana Public Employee Retirement Pension Fund and the $8 billion Indiana State Teachers Retirement Pension Fund. She has also served as a board member of the Indiana Education Savings Authority.

Walsh's passion for finance and investing was mainly derived from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where she earned an MBA with a concentration in finance. She also served for several years as an adjunct professor of finance and investing at Purdue University, which is also where she earned her bachelor degree in computer information technology.
