Event Details

Robert Ezrapour has developed affordable and comfortable housing in Manhattan neighborhoods such as Harlem, Washington Heights, and East Village. He has helped foster the urban re-development of these areas into some of the hottest areas in the City. As a partner, he has helped Artimus Construction to be one of the largest developers of affordable housing in Harlem.

Robert Ezrapour earned an MBA from the University of Chicago. After working for American Express International Banking Corporation in the Middle East/Africa Desk, and he founded Community Traders, Inc., an import/export company dealing in textiles and electronics. Robert is also the President of NYSAFAH, an organization that serves to help preserve and promote affordable housing.
