Alumni Admissions Volunteer Network
The Full-time MBA Office of Admissions invites you to help us attract and admit the very best students. Volunteer opportunities involve the entire admissions cycle throughout the year, including recruitment, evaluation, and matriculation. Below are the volunteer opportunities available.
Become an Admissions Ambassador
Share your Chicago Booth experience and knowledge with prospective students during the application process. By volunteering to be an Ambassador, you will be connected with prospective students interested in your specific industry or background. To become an Ambassador, contact Joanna Zisis.
Interview Applicants
Alumni with a strong understanding of the Chicago Booth admissions process and criteria can make a lasting impact on our incoming class by helping Admissions evaluate prospective students. The time commitment is 1.5 hours per interview including preparation, the 45-minute interview, and completing the interview report. Volunteers must:
- able to volunteer for 3-5 interviews per year
- available to conduct interviews during one or more of the following application rounds:
January 25 - February 25, 2012; and April 11- Apr 27, 2012
To volunteer, contact Joanna Zisis.
Attend an Admissions Event
Alumni presence at Admissions events demonstrates the strong network that Chicago Booth offers. Information
sessions occur across the globe throughout the school year and we encourage you to attend one in your city. The
time commitment is typically 2 hours per event. You can register for events here
Serve as a Corporate Partner
Building partnerships with companies is often one of the best ways to bring top talent to Chicago Booth. Have your company or organization host an admissions reception or information session for employees. If you can help by organizing or hosting an event at your company, contact Joanna Zisis.
