Partnering With Technical Support: The Sales Advantage

August 9, 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM

It has been said that the fastest way to kill a deal is to let technical support open their mouth. We all have horror stories of what happened when we invited our technical colleagues in to help, to present, to support...and sometimes to kill the deal. This need not happen. Learn more.

Event Details

"Partnering With Technical Support: The Sales Advantage"

Join us for a fast paced, extremely practical presentation devoted to making your next sales call with your technical colleagues a productive one.

Often sales people have to bring along a technical person who can fill in the details and the technology behind the product, answer questions, etc. Othertimes these are people at the other end of a phone call.

Because their expertise is technology and not sales, they sometimes misunderstand the sales process, talk or volunteer too much, complicate things, recommend the buyer think about things, etc. This can be a tough go for the salesperson unless they know how to work effectively with the support person.

This presentation will help Sales Leaders' understand how to use a technical resource to their advantage in the sales process.
