Merit Gest is Principal of Total Selling Solutions, Inc., a Northbrook, Illinois authorized licensee of the Sandler Sales Institute, a national sales training organization. Total Selling Solutions, Inc., specializes in business development strategies, sales productivity training and executive coaching. Merit's client base is composed of corporations (Microsoft), small businesses and traditional sales professionals, as well as non-selling professionals, who desire to build their practice or enhance their skills. She has taught hundreds of salespeople who have collectively created millions of dollars in sales as a direct result of her coaching.

Merit brings years of study and real world experience to her clients. Among her many accomplishments are being the youngest General Sales Manager in the Chicago radio market and backpacking around the world for one full year on her own. She also holds the distinction of being the youngest multiple gold award recipient in Sandler's nationwide organization. Merit's extensive leadership training included focusing on behaviors, attitudes and techniques to elicit the best in others so they can overcome self-limiting beliefs and achieve their professional and personal goals.
