Speaker Profiles

Greg Padovani
PENS Communications Systems

As one of the pioneers of One-to-One communications, Greg implemented the first individualized newsletter in 1995 while at Northwestern Medical Center in Chicago. Since founding PENS Communications Systems (PCS) in 1998, he has remained at the cutting edge by continually incorporating new knowledge, techniques and technologies into marketing communications systems.

Currently, PCS offers the 5th generation of the Patient Education Newsletter System SM (PENS) - a unique combination of technologies built upon the power and flexibility of post-relational databases. PENS v5 features advanced capabilities in data processing, targeting, content management, pre-production simulations, and printing & mailing as well as 'hard data' tracking and analysis for credible reporting of results. But this advanced technology for marketing communications is only the start.

During this same time, Greg has formulated the basic principles for applying One-to-One communications while uncovering the many nuances crucial to the success of this approach. With this knowledge, he trains and guides clients in the best use of One-to-One.

Greg received his BS from the University of Illinois and his MBA from DePaul University in Chicago. He is a frequent speaker at meetings and universities. Don Peppers and Martha Rogers reference his work in their book "The One-to-One Field Guide."
