Bill Spence is chair of the China Committee of the Chicago Sister City Program and co-chair of the China Roundtable of the Chicago Council on Foreign Relations.

Max Gu focuses on intellectual property issues and holds law degrees from East China University of Politics and Law and Chicago Kent.
