Jennifer Kelly Dominiquini, '05
Principal, Strategos
Jennifer Kelly Dominiquini is a Principal at Strategos where she applies her knowledge of global markets to enable clients to create growth strategies and opportunities, and build sustainable innovation capabilities. Jennifer has practical experience in a wide range of industries including aerospace, automotive, consumer durables, consumer packaged goods, chemicals, entertainment and retail. She has worked throughout Latin America, North America and Europe.
Prior to Strategos, Jennifer started a business and communication training firm in Brazil. Jennifer has also been a consultant with Monitor Group where she developed strategic solutions for Global 500 firms in sectors such as telecommunications, aluminum and industrial products. Jennifer also consulted in Monitor's Latin American Country Competitiveness Group, where she worked with companies in Brazil, Venezuela, Ecuador and Colombia to improve their competitive positions.
Jennifer has an MBA from the University of Chicago. Jennifer also has degrees in International Studies/Business and Spanish (with Honors) from the University of Scranton. She was a Fulbright Scholar in International Business to Uruguay. During her Fulbright year, Jennifer consulted with the Mercosur Commission, a regional economic organization, where her objective was to help guide Uruguay in becoming a regional service center in the information technology and transportation sectors. Jennifer speaks both Spanish and Portuguese and has consulted in both languages.

Gregg DeSilvio, '99
Business Development Director, Tenneco
Gregg is currently a Business Development Director at Tenneco, where his responsibilities include M&A and managing Tenneco's innovation program, a global initiative to build Tenneco's innovation capability.
Prior to his current position, Gregg was the marketing director for Tenneco's Ride Control Group where he led the marketing efforts behind Tenneco's flagship Monroe® shock absorber brand. In his marketing role, Gregg broke new ground at Tenneco with these firsts: a brand licensing program, a hispanic marketing campaign, and a plan to use agents to market Muscle® to nontraditional automotive resellers.
Throughout his career Gregg has held a variety of sales and marketing leadership positions at companies such GE and at Phillips Lighting Company, where, as National Business Development Manager, Gregg was responsible for revenue growth in traditional as well as strategic new consumer markets across the United States.
Gregg holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business and a BA in English from Kenyon College.
