Event Details

In this all-day program, we will identify strategies and tactics that owners of small to mid-size firms can put to immediate use in their respective businesses. The seminar portion of the agenda builds on leading edge academic concepts just now being introduced in the leading graduate schools of business. It will also incorporate principles drawn from the books that todays business leaders are reading including: Blue Ocean Strategy and The Long Tail.

What really makes this event so unique is that through exercises and breakout sessions, you will learn how to apply these lessons to your business. This is truly hands-on! If you dont walk out with new ideas of how to materially increase the profitability and value of your company, your registration fee will be cheerfully refunded.

A similar seminar held by the Entrepreneurial Roundtable last May drew rave reviews from the more than 40 owners in attendance:
 . . . I learned several ways to increase profits that I could use . . .
One of the best programs [for small business] I have attended.
Joe McCaul was fantastic. . . He [applied] the teachings in ways that I could understand [and] could apply to our company.

The concepts presented will tie strategy with action designed to maximize business profits and valuation. For example, you will learn:

  • how to identify customers who see the most value in what you offer
  • how to attract even more customers like them, and
  • how to develop other products or services that your customers truly value

These keys to the treasure chest will be demonstrated using real world scenarios followed up with case studies and group exercises using actual businesses. The faculty for this seminar features the most popular speakers in the history of the Roundtable.
