Event Details:
The Entrepreneurial Roundtable has joined forces with the M&A Source to sponsor THE conference of the year on buying middle market companies. Over 30 deal-making specialists will discuss virtually every aspect of acquisitions in eight sessions: acquisition strategy, due diligence, valuation, financing, and post-closing issues. The keynote speaker is Dr. Mark Sirower, nationally known commentator on corporate mergers and the author of the best selling book on M&A, The Synergy Trap. A former professor at Penn's Wharton School and NYU's Stern School of Business, Dr. Sirower has appeared on CBS, CNNfn, CNBC and The Wall St. Journal Business Report. His articles on M&A issues have appeared in virtually every major business publication. The conference is directed to business owners and executives who want to be better informed about acquisitions and how they might be part of a company's growth strategy.
