Event Details

Long before a crisis hits, long before it shows in the financials or even in the KPI's, the signs are there for those who know. . .

These signs, these symptoms, are not mysterious; they can be identified, they can be quantified. This measurement leads directly to the root causes of performance. And nothing can predict performance further ahead than its causes.

Until recently, identifying and quantifying the drivers of performance was virtually impossible. However, a "technology" developed over the last few years make early identification of corporate trajectory - growth or decline - both possible and easy. And this knowledge allows CEO's (and their consultants) to both avoid trouble and trigger profit surges.

The presentation is excerpted from the ground-breaking course for managing officers that was held this autumn (for the first time anywhere) at the business school of DePaul University.
Key Topics:

  • The three corporate functions that have been proven to seriously impact the bottom lines of companies - positively and negatively
  • How to identify the three stages of decline - hidden, subtle and overt - and their measures
  • The key drivers of performance - both positive and negative

Who Should Attend?

  • Bottom-line directed consultants
  • C-Level and V-Level Managers
  • Corporate Development Specialists
  • Investors
  • Loan Officers
