Speaker ProfilesJeff Zabin Jeff Zabin is a Director in the Precision Marketing Group of Fair Isaac Corporation. He is the co-author of two successful books: The Seven Steps to Nirvana (McGraw-Hill, 2001) and Precision Marketing (Wiley, 2004). He has also written for several trade magazines and his research has been published in leading practitioner and academic journals, including the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science. A frequent keynote speaker at business forums in North America and Europe, he has served as a consultant for a number of major brands and currently serves as a trustee and committee director of the Marketing Science Institute. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin. John Swadener John Swadener is a Vice President with Fair Isaac in the Chicago office focusing on the Consumer Branded Goods industry. John has been developing cutting-edge marketing programs for 10 years and brings 15 years of business and technology strategy consulting experience to his clients, which have included Samsung, NEC, ConAgra, Coca Cola, U.S. Cellular, Verizon, SBC, Kraft, Maytag, Thermos, and Sears. Prior to joining Fair Isaac, John had an interactive marketing agency based in Chicago. In 2003, John sold the agency to Avenue A|Razorfish, where he served as a Vice President. |
