Speaker Profiles:Lon Blumenthal: Mr. Blumenthal has been leading business performance improvement initiatives for over thirty years and has extensive experience across a broad range of industries, including discrete and process manufacturing, chemicals, energy, technology, consumer products, engineering, construction, and professional services. His career has included leading the SAP Education and Training Practice for Deloitte Consulting and the Supply Chain Architecture for Accenture. Mr. Blumenthal has delivered significant top line and bottom line results by leading improvement projects that deliver material value in strategy, sales, marketing, new product development, operations, project management, manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, logistics, customer service, human resources, finance, and accounting. He specializes in supply chain strategy, business process reengineering, quality improvement, systems implementation, leadership development, team building and change management. Mr. Blumenthal has negotiated hundreds of agreements for both domestic and international commitments, and has led manufacturing and supply chain improvement teams in North America, Europe, and Asia. His research has focused on defining the process of adult learning and understanding the barriers and challenges that people confront as they deal with change in their business and personal lives.
