An enduring feature of American – Cuban relations has been Fidel Castro. Now that brother Raul is in charge, have US and Cuban relations improved or deteriorated? What might happen with a new US administration in 2009? Gary Marx was based in Cuba for the Tribune from 2002 until his media credentials were not renewed and he departed in June 2008. Plan now to attend this historic presentation by an accomplished, veteran journalist who has given incisive and insightful coverage from Cuba.
