Event Details
AnnaMaria Turano, an Executive Director at MCAworks and co-author of the recently released Stopwatch Marketing, will show that understanding how much time and energy consumers are willing to spend shopping for a particular purchase – their shopping strategies – is critical to successfully selling products and services to them. Her presentation focuses on defining four basic shopping strategies – impatient, reluctant, painstaking, and recreational – and illustrating how successful companies and retailers (both online and offline) are using these principles to achieve spectacular growth in both margin and market share. She will share case studies as well as keys to success for each of the four shopping strategies and also present critical next steps for companies wishing to implement Stopwatch Marketing principles.
