University of Chicago GSB Sailing Challenge
July 18, 2008: 6:00 PM - July 20, 2008: 5:00 PM
The University of Chicago Alumni Club of Belgium is happy to announce the 2nd edition of the Chicago Sailing Challenge Zeebrugge. Thanks to your great enthusiasm at last year’s race we will again welcome teams from Chicago, Insead and of course the winning teams from 2007: Columbia and IMD, to represent their club in this race! In addition to these teams, we would be glad to see your Alumni Club on the 2008 participation list.
This year's event will please both the amateur sailors as well as the most experienced ones as we foresee special programs for both groups. Alumni members’partners are for this reason more than welcome to attend. There will be opportunities to sleep on the boats (without extra charge). Otherwise, we can recommand some hotels in the area.
We hope you will enjoy your stay in Zeebrugge, the celebration in Knokke, the people you will meet and of course, the race itself! Thanks to you, this Sailing Challenge is growing into an annual event where people can meet and have an animated and challenging weekend!
