Jay S. Fishman (Speaker)
Chairman, Chief Executive Officer & President, Travelers

Jay Fishman is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Travelers. He served as the Company's Chief Executive Officer and President since the Merger, and assumed the additional role of Chairman in September 2005. From October 2001 until the Merger, Mr. Fishman had been Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of The St. Paul. Prior to October 2001, Mr. Fishman served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of The Travelers Insurance Group, Inc., (which became Travelers Property Casualty Corp. in 2002 and merged with a subsidiary of St. Paul in 2004) (from 2000) and as Chief Executive Officer and President of Travelers Property Casualty Corp. (which became Travelers Insurance Group Holdings Inc. in 2002) ("Holdings") (from 1998) and as Chairman of Holdings (from March 2000 to January 2001). From early 2000 until October 2001, Mr. Fishman also then served as Chief Operating Officer of finance and risk for Citigroup, as head of Citigroup's global insurance businesses and its consumer business in Japan and Western Europe. Mr. Fishman held several key executive posts at Primerica, Travelers and Citigroup from 1989 to October 2001. Mr. Fishman is a trustee of the University of Pennsylvania

William H. Heyman (Speaker)
Vice Chairman & Chief Investment Officer, Travelers

Bill Heyman has been Vice Chairman since May 2005. Before that, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer (at St. Paul Travelers since the merger, and prior to the merger, at The St. Paul ). Mr. Heyman joined The St. Paul in May 2002 from Citigroup, where he was Chairman of Citigroup Investments. Prior to joining Citigroup's predecessor, Travelers Group, Mr. Heyman was a managing Director of Salomon Brothers. Before that, he served as Director of Market Regulation at the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, DC. Mr. Heyman graduated from Princeton University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and Harvard Law School. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the NASD, the Advisory Board of the Bendheim Center for Finance at Princeton University, and the Council on Foreign Relations.

James W. Paulsen, Ph.D (Speaker)
Chief Investment Strategist, Wells Capital Management

An investment management industry professional since 1983, Jim Paulsen is the chief investment strategist at Wells Capital Management. Jim develops investment strategies that assist in the management of separate institutional account assets as well as mutual and collective investment funds. He joined Norwest Investment Management, Inc., which later became part of Wells Capital Management, as chief investment officer in January 1997. Previously, he was the senior managing director and chief investment strategist for Iowa's largest independent asset manager, Investors Management Group, Des Moines. Earlier, he was president of SCI Capital Management in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Jim is nationally recognized for his views on the economy. He is often quoted in The Wall Street Journal, Barron's and The New York Times. BusinessWeek named him Top Economic Forecaster for 2001. BondWeek has twice named him Interest Rate Forecaster of the Year. Since 1983, Jim has published his own commentary assessing the economic trends on national and global levels through his newsletter, Economic and Market Perspective. Money named his newsletter one of "101 Things Every Investor Should Know" in March 2004.

Thomas S. Schreier Jr (Speaker)
CEO and President, FAF Advisors -First American Funds

Tom is the chief executive officer (CEO) of FAF Advisors and president of First American Funds. Tom was appointed CEO in 2000 and orchestrated the successful merger of the asset management divisions of U.S. Bancorp and Firstar. Under his leadership, FAF Advisors has become a leading investment advisor, with a strong performance-driven culture and an award-winning fund family. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Tom served in senior leadership roles at Piper Jaffray and as a member of the management committee that brought the firm's equity group to national prominence. He had previously been a top-ranked senior airline equity analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston in New York. Prior to that, he held the position of vice president of finance at Northwest Airlines, responsible for corporate finance, pension, cash, and credit transactions. Tom received a B.A. in economics and German from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Graduate School of Business. Tom serves as director, chairman of the finance committee, and member of the audit committee for Pinnacle Airlines Corp. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the Investment Company Institute. Tom is also chairman of the Saint Thomas Academy board of trustees, an advisory board member of Granite Global Ventures, and a member of the Applied Investment Management Advisory Board for the University of Notre Dame.
