Fundology, Waitbot.com, and Collaborative Group are three start-ups that came out of Chicago co-working space 1871 and are now experiencing global success. Join us to hear their stories.

b) If driving west on Grand (north of Theater), you can enter the garage ½ block before Columbus on the left (south) side of the street.

Kison Patel (Panelist)
Kison Patel is CEO of Fundology, which permits investors and dealmakers to connect and collaborate to get deals done faster. Kison spent seven years in the private investment industry. He was an instrumental force in both institutional and non-institutional business, as well as commercial real-estate ventures. Kison is experienced in initiating, negotiating and closing deals, increasing profits, and leading effective sales teams.
Dave Turner (Panelist)
Dave Turner is CEO of Waitbot.com, which created an app that calculates wait time estimates for restaurants, emergency rooms, buses, airports, and much more. Turner is a social entrepreneur with a passion for using technology to solve big problems. Part coder part businessman by trade, he has experience building big data analysis tools for the financial industry. Turner has an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering as well as an MBA and Master in Public Policy.
Kathleen Wright (Panelist)
CEO, Collaborative Group
Kathleen Wright is CEO of Collaborative Group, a marketplace that connects retail brands with artisans in the developing world. Wright has experience in sales, marketing and product development which she is using to make a social difference for society, the environment, and big fashion brands.
