On behalf of the Club we would like to invite you all for a presentation and discussion on a topic that is of interest for all of us in particular those who have personnel development responsibility.

Maciej Noga, '13 (EXP-18) and Agnieszka Bieniak will engage you in a discussion about how to motivate a new generation that recently entered the job market. As you may probably noticed at your workplace, that communication and motivation methods differ significantly from what we are getting used. Maciej & Agnieszka will try to show how to utilize such a talent better and use his/her strengths in order to achieve your goals. After the short presentation we would like you to share your experience on this topic . We hope that the presentation will be interesting for you.
