Kathleen Gorom Ochab has personally redefined and refined her career with a focus on women's style and fashion. After a long career in the insurance industry, two years ago, she entered her career "second act", assisting women with their personal style and wardrobes. In 2011, Kathy started her own business as an Agency Leader representing W BY WORTH, the advanced contemporary women's clothing line of the Worth Collection Ltd.

In her career "first act", Kathy was a Casualty Insurance Executive for several world-wide insurance and reinsurance companies. During her insurance career, Kathy traveled the globe representing her employers at client events, industry conferences and broker meetings. A frequently requested speaker, Kathy has presented complex insurance subjects to audiences from 2 to 200.

Kathy obtained her M.B.A. in Finance from DePaul University, her B.B.A. from Iowa State University, and the CPCU insurance professional designation.

A lifelong community volunteer, Kathy currently offers her energy and ideas to Dress For Success, the Union League Club Women's Roundtable, the Junior League of Chicago and the Belmont Harbor Neighbors Association.
