Come join your fellow Chicago Booth alumni and guests as we enjoy a relaxing evening of conversation and fine international dining at the enchanting Waterleaf Dining Room at College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn.

Driving Directions:

Park in the parking lot closest to the Culinary & Hospitality Center which is located at 425 Fawell Blvd, CHC Building, on the North East corner of The College of DuPage campus. Approach the gate and it will open for you which will allow you to enter the reserved parking lot for the Waterleaf Restaurant Patrons.

Our meal will celebrate the seasonal specialties of Greece and our menu will likely include Hummus, Tyrosalata, Pita & Eggplant Rolls Braised Octopus Salad Spanakopita Salmon, Orzo Roasted Lamb Shoulder with Potatoes, Onions & Feta Lemon Yogurt Cake, complimented by a variety of red & white wines. The Culinary students will provide attentive service as they provide a sampling of a carefully chosen wine or micro beer to compliment the evening's menu.
