Event Details
There are times when we need to communicate who we are and what makes us unique: job interviews, annual reviews, asking for a promotion. Often, the feedback we get from bosses or others in positions of power can be frustrating when it accurately describes us, yet we feel they are only seeing the negative aspect of that character trait.
