Bill is a seasoned leadership and organization development consultant with over 30 years of experience completing successful projects with companies based in the US, Canada, and Europe. He is president of ChangeWise, a Boston-area firm that partners with senior leaders to create high performing teams, design and implement organizational changes, and transform leadership culture. ChangeWise also provides workshops and action learning programs that enhance leadership agility.
