Peter is also the co-founder of the Exit Planning Institute which educates business advisors on how to implement business owner "exit planning" into their practices. The Institute has developed its own proprietary certification program.

Peter is an entertaining and sought after public speaker who has given hundreds of presentations and seminars on the benefits of exit planning and the middle market mergers and acquisition process. He has also written articles on the importance of the exit planning process. He is the Co-Author of the book, "The Ten Trillion Opportunity".

Mr. Bagley has over 20 years of private equity investment experience and over 32 years of experience with middle market companies. Since founding Pfingsten Partners in 1989, Mr. Bagley has been involved in all aspects of the firm's activities.

Prior to the formation of Pfingsten Partners, Mr. Bagley was employed by Citicorp North America, Inc. as the Midwest Area Head of the Leveraged Capital Group in Chicago from 1984 to 1988, and was responsible for leveraged acquisition activities in 12 Midwestern states. From 1975 to 1984 he held various management and lending positions at Continental Bank, N.A. in Chicago and Cleveland.

A Chicago native, Mr. Bagley holds a BA degree in Economics, with honors, from North Park College and an MBA degree in Finance from DePaul University.

Robert Jette (Speaker)

Robert Jette, Former Business Owner: Diamond Marketing Services , Jett Services and Compu-Jett

Bob Jette is the former President of the Fulfillment Division of Diamond Marketing Solutions (DMS), a full-service critical Communications, direct mail, and fulfillment services company. In 2007 Mr. Jette, along with the rest of the DMS executive team, placed DMS up for sale. Mr. Jette was a major contributor in pushing the acquisition and seeing it through to completion; he remained with the firm until 2011.

Previously, he had sold his predecessor firm Jett Services to DMS after a six-year growth phase sparked by introducing advanced technology based solutions for the company and their clients. In 1994, he had formed his own company, Compu-Jett, which concentrated on software design and computer integration applications. Early in his career, he worked for Baxter Healthcare in their Information Technology group where he helped design, program and implement their management software applications.

Mr. Jette completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin, earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics. He continued his education in the evening program at Chicago Booth School of Business where he earned his Master of Business Administration in 1998 .
