Menu includes:
-Wittekerke Witbier (welcome beer)
-Schell's Pils paired with Vietnamese Style Eggrolls – pork, mushroom, vegetables, nuoc cham
-Weihenstephaner Hefeweizen paired with a Summer Pizza – roasted tomato, marjoram, five cheeses, bacon, arugula
-Moose Drool Brown Ale paired with a gourmet Mac n' Cheese – pasta, Widmer's cheddar, hazelnuts
-Brooklyn East India Pale Ale paired with Lamb Meatballs – roasted pepper coulis, raita
$49 for each alumnus and guest. Includes five unique beer tastings and delectable food pairings.
